By using our graphic design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
SERVICES
We provide professional graphic design services including logos, banners, cover art, streaming assets, and other creative design work based on the client’s requirements.
PAYMENT POLICY
A 25% upfront payment is required before the project begins. The remaining 75% payment must be completed after the final design is approved. Work will be delivered after full payment is received.
REVISIONS
We offer up to 3 revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. Additional revisions may require extra charges.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Final design files will be delivered through email or a download link once the project is completed and full payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued after the design concept or sketch has been approved by the client.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILTY
Clients must provide clear instructions, correct information, and feedback during the design process to avoid delays.
COPYRIGHT & PORTFOLIO USE
We reserve the right to display completed designs in our portfolio or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
